In principle, advance registration is requested as it is necessary to ascertain the number of participants.

Registration Fee

General Members: 5,000 yen Student Members: 3,000 yen

Payment deadline: April 25 (Fri.) 23:59 

The payment online is now closed. 

If you have not paid the registration fee and banquet fee by the above deadline, please pay them at the registration desk on the day of the convention. In that case, the registration fee and banquet fee will be increased by 1,000 yen.

 General members: 6,000 yen Student members: 4,000 yen

*If you wish to cancel after paying the registration fee, please contact the convention office by e-mail at least three days prior to the convention (May 14).  

Presentations 

You can find the conference programhere. 

■ Oral presentation 

1. Time

Presenters will have 12 minutes for their presentations and 3 minutes discussion time. A timekeeper will ring a bell once at 10 minutes and twice at 12 minutes. The last bell will ring three times at 15 minutes to inform you of the end of your presentation. Please don’t go overtime as oral presentation sessions will be on a tight schedule. 

 2.Slide 

Windows PCs will be set up in the presentation rooms. We request presenters bring their presentation files in PowerPoint or PDF format on a USB flash drive. Please copy the files to the PCs at each venue within the time specified below.

Those presenting on the morning of Saturday 17th ▶ 8:45-9:30 on that day 

Those presenting on the afternoon of Saturday 17 ▶ 13:30-14:15 on that day 

Those presenting on the morning of Sunday 18 (Sun.) ▶ 8:45-9:15 on that day 

Presenters can use their HDMI devices (like Macbooks) but connection and troubleshooting time counts toward their allotted presentation time.

 The projector will use an HDMI connection. However, please create a PDF version of your presentation and transfer this to the PC provided at the venue. Please make enough copies of any handouts. The venue won’t offer copying services on your presentation day.

■ Poster Presentation

The poster panel accepts posters with a maximum size of A0. Please bring your posters to the conference and put them up as soon as you arrive. We will provide tapes and other materials to affix your poster.

Poster presentations will primarily take place between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 17. During this time, presenters should remain by their posters, providing explanations as needed. Conference attendees can access the poster room outside presentation times.

Accommodation and Lunch

Please make your own reservations. We expect it to be crowded, so please make your reservations as early as possible.

Please bring your own lunch; alternatively, you can eat at a nearby university cafeteria.

The University Co-op restaurant is only open on Saturday the 17th; all will be closed on Sunday the 18th.
