From New Chitose Airport to Sapporo Station (by train):
You can take the rapid train from JR New Chitose Airport Station to Sapporo Station.
From Sapporo Station to the Conference Venue (on foot):
It takes 7 minutes from the North Entrance of JR Sapporo station.
Entry into Hokkaido University by car is restricted and designated car park is unavailable. Please use public transportation.

Oral presentations:
Presenters will have 12 minutes presentation time and 3 minutes discussion time. A PC installed with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Standard 2016 (MS PowerPoint 2016) will be provided to project your presentation. Presenters must come to the presentation room to copy their presentation file(s) to the PC by the following times:

Presentations should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (with the extensions of ppt or pptx), and presenters can bring presentation file(s) on USB flash drive memory. You are allowed to use your own PC with VGA port for external display. However, you cannot extend your presentation time even if you experience delays by use of your own PC. Kindly contact us before use of audio equipment.
Feel free to bring relevant distribution materials. Kindly note: No copying service is available at the conference venue.
Poster presentations:
A poster panel with 176 cm height and 86 cm width will be provided for poster display. Poster size of A0 paper or smaller is recommended. You must setup your poster when you arrive at the venue. Pins will be provided. The core time of the poster presentation is from 15:15 to 16:15 hours on 26th (Sat.). Kindly be available at your poster to present your work. All participants can see the posters at any time.
The executive committee will offer awards for best poster through participant selection. Details will be given at the conference.

5.Accommodations and lunch
Please reserve your own accommodation. You can find many hotels around Sapporo Station, Odori and Susukino areas. We strongly recommend reserving accommodations as early as possible, as many tourists visit Sapporo throughout the year.
Some cafeterias in the university will be open on 26th (Sat.) for lunch; and the college cafeteria and the shop next to it will be open on 27th (Sun.). You can also find many restaurants and shops around Sapporo Station.
6.Day Care Service (Children)
A Day Care Service is available during the conference. We will take care of children aged 3 months to 8 years old. The opening hours are 9:30-17:30 hours on 26th and 9:00-16:00 hours on 27th. Contact the “Sapporo Babysitter” by 16:00 hours on May 8th to use the service. Detailed information can be found on our website. The service will only be provided for a limited number of children, so we suggest applying early.
