参加者の方々へ／To Participants

参加者リストの確定に時間を要しており、15日に予定していた参加案内の送付が遅れております。参加費をお支払いいただいた方々には、17日以降に案内メールを差し上げます。案内メールには、(1)参加者専用情報ページへのリンクとパスワード、(2)Slackのアドレスが含まれます。大会用の会場別ZOOMリンクは、このサイトの情報ページおよびSlackに記載されております。

要旨集は16日の夜に大会サイト上で公開される予定です。

Due to the time required to finalize the list of participants, we have delayed sending the participation information, which was scheduled to be sent on the 15th. We will send an invitation to those who have paid the registration fee after the 17th. The information email will include (1) a link and password to the participants-only information page and (2) the Slack address. The venue-specific ZOOM links for the conference can be found on the information page of this site and in Slack.

The abstract book will be available on the website on the evening of the 16th.
